🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

At the Department of Dad Jokes, we stand by our puns and our products. While we do not offer refunds, we’re happy to help if something arrives less than pun-derful.

Exchanges Only:
We gladly offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. If that’s the case, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and a brief description of the issue.

How It Works:

  1. Email us at hello@dodj.us with your order number and issue.

  2. We’ll review it faster than you can say, “I used to play piano by ear, but now I use my hands.”

  3. If eligible, we’ll send out a replacement item—no extra charge.

Please Note:
– We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as changing your mind.

– Items must be unused and in their original condition for an exchange to be approved.
